Fees for ages 4 to 7Our fees for the Term will be £120 for Twelve Weeks This breaks down to just £10 per week. You can choose to pay Monthly or Termly. Regardless of which payment option you choose you have committed to pay for the whole term.. We have a limited number of Scholarship and fully funded places available. Please do get in touch as we decide these termly on a case by case basis.

Can my child give it a try?We offer a free trial week. Once your child has decided they would like to continue full payment must be paid before their second week.

Do you offer any scholarship places or sibling discounts?We offer half price sibling discounts and we do have occasional scholarship places for existing students. If you would like to discuss your circumstances please do send us a message and we will do everything we can to help.

Can we pay monthly or do we have to pay in advance?We offer a FREE TRIAL for your first day with us. All payments are handled via LoveAdmin / GoCardless where you have a choice of making termly (Scheduled) payments or Monthly Direct Debit. For monthly payments: if your fees fail to process for two consecutive months, we won’t be able to continue offering monthly instalments. Future payments would then need to be made termly instead.

Fees for ages 8 to 16Our fees for the Term will be £180 for Twelve Weeks** This breaks down to just £15 per week and our sessions last three hours. All sign ups are done via LoveAdmin where you have a choice of making termly (Scheduled) payments or Monthly Direct Debit. You must commit to the whole term. **There is a discounted price of £120 (£10 per week) available for current and ex Henry Fawcett or Archbishop Tenison Pupils. Please contact us to claim this discount.

Will parents be allowed to watch?Parents are not allowed in the building for our weekly classes but we put on a show for you all to come along to at the end of each term! You can also keep up to date with what is going on in classes by checking our social media and weekly Instagram stories

What does my child need to wear to attend?Weekend Students need to wear their Boury T shirt and Black bottoms to class with trainers - no dresses/skirts/crocs or sliders! If it is your first time joining us we will give you their first uniform t shirt free once they sign up after their trial. Any new uniform t shirts are £10 when bought at the studios Our Ballet Uniform is a Pink Leotard with Pink Skirt plus ballet socks and shoes. We offer a wide range on our merchandise page that match a range of skin tones. For all other classes students need to wear clothes that are suitable for movement.

I have completed the contact form online. Does my child have a place?No. Your child does not have a place until you have completed a full Student Registration form and you have received an email to confirm when your child's place is secured.

Do I need to sign up for the whole term?You need to sign up for the whole term in order to attend The Academy. We need to ensure that we can pay our running costs each week and to do that we need to have a stable number of students.

What is your cancellation policy?All classes in the term must be paid for once the term has begun regardless of whether or not your child chooses to attend. All students are auto-enrolled each term. Therefore - if you wish to leave a class then notice must be given two weeks prior to the end of the term. Any notice later than two weeks prior to the end of term will incur two weeks fees in lieu of notice.

What if we are late to collect?Late collections means extra staff costs. To cover this, we are introducing a late collection fee: £10 if your child is collected more than 15 minutes late, increasing by £10 for every additional 10 minutes.

How do the free classes work?We are proud to still offer free opportunities such as Community Choir, Friday Acting Course and The Young Company. The Young Company and Friday Acting course are operated on a 'pay only if you miss class' basis. Therefore they are free if you attend but have a charge of £10 (Young Company) or £5 (Acting Course) if you miss the session Please remember: if you’re in The Young Company or Friday Acting, you do need an active payment method linked, and missed sessions are automatically charged.
