If you wish to Pencil a Booking then we will only hold a pencil for
- bookings of one day - 24 hours
- bookings of up to four days - 48 hours
- bookings of 5 days or more - 7 working days
If you do not confirm within the above period then we will release your dates.

Question 2

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

​Cancellation Policy (1-4 Consecutive Day Bookings)• Cancellations with more than 30 working days' notice: No charge.• Cancellations within 30 working days: 50% of the total booking value remains payable.• Cancellations within 7 working days or less: 100% of the total booking value remainspayable.• No refunds will be issued for non attendance.
(For the purposes of these terms, working days are Monday to Friday.)Cancellation Policy (5+ Consecutive Day Bookings)• Cancellations with more than 30 working days' notice: The remaining balance will berefunded. The 25% booking fee is non refundable.• Cancellations within 30 working days: 50% of the total booking value remains payable.• Cancellations within 7 working days or less: 100% of the total booking value remainspayable.• No refunds will be issued for non attendance.(For the purposes of these terms, working days are Monday to Friday.)Classes and Regular Weekly Bookings• Your agreed weekly booking is reserved for you on an ongoing basis for the dates and timesconfirmed above.• Regular bookings require a minimum of three weeks’ written notice to cancel thearrangement, permanently reduce the booked hours, or request a change to the regularbooking day or time. Any change of day, time or studio remains subject to availability andmust be agreed by The Boury Academy• Hire fees remain payable throughout the three week notice period, whether or not the studiois used.• Individual sessions falling within an ongoing regular booking are non-refundable if the hirerchooses not to attend, including due to illness, participant numbers or other changes to theirprogramme.• Any planned breaks in regular bookings, including school holidays or term breaks, must beagreed with The Boury Academy in advance when booking the term/period. Otherwise,the regular hire charge will continue to apply.• If The Boury Academy needs to cancel a session, no hire fee will be payable for that sessionand any payment already made will be credited or refunded.• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Question 3

Overnight Storage Policy

Accepted Answer

No personal items are to be left in the studio overnight without prior consent from management. Any property left on-site is done so at your own risk, and The Boury Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage to items or responsible for lost property.If you wish to leave set and props in the studio overnight then an additional £40 per evening will be added to your booking fee

Timings and Operating Hours

Timings must be confirmed at the time of booking. For daytime bookings our hours are 10am - 6pm. Please note there is no access to the building prior to 9.45amEvening Hire is available from 6.30pm - 9.30pm Monday - Thursday
